Darts are used for a type of game that consists of shooting arrows called darts at a circular target (target) fixed on a wall. The term "darts" usually refers to a standard game based on a specific board design and set of rules. In addition to being a professional competitive sport, it is a traditional pub game, commonly played in the United Kingdom , throughout the Commonwealth, the Netherlands, Ireland, the Scandinavian countries, the United States, and other countries. They had to be soaked overnight to heal the holes made by the darts, and it was a complicated matter.
